Larger groups (8-30 persons) are asked to preorder one of following three course menu. Exceptions are made for allergics and vegetarians.

Onion soup with fresh herbs, variation on herbs and fried Dublin Bay prawns flavoured with liquorices

Fried saddle of lamb with sweetbread, sweet pepper filled with lamb shoulder, lamb jus and crème on celeriac and garlic 

Lemon tartlet with fresh meringues and white chocolate

Lukewarm vichyssoise with bleak roe, fried butter and baked egg yolk

Butter fried brill with terrine on fennel, scallop, coco bean pure and oyster sauce

Dark chocolate mousse and dark chocolate crème with sea salt and olive oil
